Ernawan R. Salimsyah, CFA

Ernawan obtained a Master of Applied Finance degree from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Currently, Ernawan holds the position of Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi since November 2024, previously serving as CIO since March 2022. Ernawan has worked for 30 years in the Financial Industry, with the last 25 years in the Capital Market Industry at several leading Investment Management companies, with responsibilities including Investment Management, Product Development, and Marketing. From January 2021 to March 2022, Ernawan served as Executive Director and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at PT Principal Asset Management. From 2011 to 2019, Ernawan served as Executive Director and CIO at PT IndoPremier Investment Management, with his last position as Acting President Director. From 2003 to 2011, Ernawan held various positions in Investment Management at PT Danareksa Investment Management, including Senior Portfolio Manager, with his last position as Acting Investment Head. Starting his career in the Capital Market Industry, from 1998 to 2002, Ernawan worked at PJ Etheridge Pty Ltd (Certified Financial Planner and Agent for AMP Financial Services), Newcastle, Australia, with his last position as Para Planner. Ernawan is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has an individual license as an Investment Manager Representative from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan based on Decree KEP-1/PM.021/PJ-WMI/TTE/2025 dated January 2, 2025, which has been previously extended.
