PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi seize the title “Trusted Company” based on Corporate Governance Perception Index (“CGPI”) 2017 held by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) in collaboration with SWA Magazine. This award received by Mandiri Investasi Director, Ferry Indra Zen at Shangri La Hotel, Jakarta on Wednesday, 19 December 2018.
Award assessment followed by participant from BUMN/BUMD corporate, open company/issuer and private company. Assessment based on 3 aspects, Governance Structure, Governance Process, and Governance Result with each indicator worth 4, 12, and 2 respectively. The theme raised for 2017 is the Transformation of Business Models in the GCG Framework.
In that aspect, Mandiri Investasi raise from 2.69 points from 74.92 for CGPI 2016, become 77.61 for CGPI 2017. The score obtained by Mandiri Investasi is above the average rating of the group of non-banking financial sector companies (BUMN/BUMD and private) with a mean value of 77.41 (source: 2017 CGPI Research and Rating Program Report: The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance).
