PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi with PT Garuda Indonesia launch Asset Backed Securities Collective Investment Contract (KIK EBA) Mandiri GIAA01 with total worth of Rp2 trillion, divided into 2 class, A and B.

 

KIK EBA Mandiri GIAA01 class A done by public offers to strategic investor and record prime instrument EBA Mandiri GIAA01 class A in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on July 31, 2018 (opening stock). KIK EBA Mandiri GIAA01 that will be listed in the stock is EBA Class A, receive AA+ rate from Pefindo yielding  9,75% PA and 5 years tenor (due date on July 27, 2003) worth Rp1,8 trillion, where this principal value will decrease proportionally every year. As for class B get done from limited offers worth 200 billion for similar tenor and unfixed yield.

 

KIK EBA Mandiri GIAA01 is the first financial asset securitization instruments in Indonesia, which makes the income rights from airplane ticket sales as underlying, means income rights from ticket sales from Jeddah and Madinah routes.
